A startup specializing in VoIP Internet telephony needed an overhaul of their first-generation website. My involvement began as a redesign of the website with a stronger focus on the brand. For the product rollout, I helped design the signup process and interface, working onsite and remotely with the development staff. Next, I designed the user interface of the web application, building modularity and flexibility into the layouts, including the development of custom iconography for the user interface. Finally, I built a series of modular signup pages for different customer groups, paying careful attention to the technical requirements of the signup process.
