{"id":2153,"date":"2019-07-11T19:03:00","date_gmt":"2019-07-12T03:03:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.billdugan.com\/scout\/?p=2153"},"modified":"2019-07-11T19:03:00","modified_gmt":"2019-07-12T03:03:00","slug":"model-behavior","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.billdugan.com\/scout\/2019\/07\/11\/model-behavior\/","title":{"rendered":"Model Behavior"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Look what showed up in my Amazon Prime box this afternoon: an AMT Scout model.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"model\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/idiotking\/48262139432\/in\/dateposted\/\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/48262139432_4c105c12a6_b.jpg?resize=1024%2C683&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"model\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m going to tuck this away for the cold winter months when I can&#8217;t get in the Scout and drive it.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, I&#8217;m looking at getting Peer Pressure in to the local Jiffy Lube for a fluid change this weekend. She&#8217;s only had about 12,000 miles on her since I bought her, but <a href=\"http:\/\/www.billdugan.com\/scout\/2012\/01\/28\/transfer-casetransmission-service\/\">the last change was in 2012<\/a> and the transmission is beginning to make a disturbing clunk between 3rd and 4th gear. It could just be low gear oil, or it could be that the transmission is slipping.
